During his first five years, Phil began his professional journey and acquired his business acumen when serving in sales and management at Xerox Corporation (Legal Services).
He started Merrill Corporation’s first of its kind Litigation Support Services Division and helped to provide significant expansion over a ten year period. Following Merrill, Phil brought his established trademark to an East Coast legal services start up, and during those nearly nine years, he was acknowledged for ensuring systematic and scalable results that mattered to the company, clients and employees alike. Phil returned to Merrill for three years, where he managed and mentored a large team, and in this capacity, helped to implement and execute new business direction and strategy.
During his career, Phil has demonstrated how to identify key talent where needed and has guided professional efforts that have enabled career growth. He has done this through an innate understanding of people, listening and learning to each need and concern, and having the sincere interest in attending to the business objective of the companies and individuals he has worked with.
